What is Viddykh?
Viddykh is a non-governmental organization that works on providing mental support for Ukrainian youth. Our first checkpoint is the creation of self-help journals with the goal of spreading them to every teen. Our second checkpoint is launching our app which will give access to psychological help. The app will provide instant communication with counselors, along with self-help tools, such as breathing techniques, guided meditations, and educational resources, which will allow teens to get to know themselves better.
Mission
At Viddykh our mission is to provide mental support and empowerment to the Ukrainian youth during these challenging times of the russian full-scale invasion and after Ukraine’s victory. Through our journal and app we aim to connect and engage with the youth, offering them a safe space to share their struggles and find strength. Our mission is to provide an immediate assistance to create a sustainable change.

Vision
Our vision at Viddykh is to be the leading provider of mental support for the youth of Ukraine during the russian-Ukrainian war and after. We aspire to become a safe space for Ukrainian youth seeking understanding, support, and resilience. We envision a future where every individual has easy access to mental health resources. Our goal is to create a society where seeking help is an act of strength, not of weakness. We work for a brighter future of Ukraine, and the youth are our future.
