Viddykh Journals

Our journals are safe, reflective spaces for young people to express their thoughts, emotions, and everyday challenges. Through guided prompts, mood tracking, and supportive messages, each journal encourages self-awareness, emotional healing, and personal growth — especially for those navigating the uncertainty of life in a changing world. It’s not just writing; it’s a journey toward understanding yourself, one page at a time.

What’s Inside the Journal?

Each journal is thoughtfully designed to support emotional well-being and self-discovery:

Guided Prompts: Daily and weekly questions help users explore their thoughts, feelings, and life choices. Examples include:

  • “What made you genuinely happy today?”

  • “How can you view mistakes as learning opportunities?”

  • “Write a thank-you note to yourself.”

Real Voices: Relatable journal entries and reflections written in a personal tone help readers feel seen and understood.

Emotion Tracker: A monthly mood tracker lets users visualize emotional patterns using colors they choose. This builds awareness and encourages balance.

Self-Compassion Exercises: From letters to your future self to gratitude lists — small, impactful tasks that help build inner strength and kindness.

Mental Health Tools: Suggestions for journaling routines, emotional regulation strategies, and self-care reminders grounded in psychological research.

Why It Works?

Journaling has been proven to:

  • Reduce anxiety and stress

  • Improve emotional regulation

  • Strengthen self-awareness

  • Provide a sense of safety and control

  • Foster hope, especially in uncertain times

Whether you're writing about joy or fear, goals or confusion — the act of putting pen to paper can help make the world feel just a little more manageable.

Who is it for?

This journal is created for:

  • Teens and young adults — especially those dealing with stress, uncertainty, or transition

  • Educators and counselors who want to support students' emotional literacy

  • Youth workers and NGOs working in crisis-affected or high-pressure environments

As for now it can be used individually, but we are working on developing a guided program.
