Recently, our team held a heartfelt session with teenagers in Zhytomyr to talk about something that truly matters — mental health.

Together, we explored everyday questions that many young people quietly carry with them:How do I cope with stress? What do I do with all these emotions? Where can I find space just to breathe and be myself?

As part of the meeting, we introduced our — a simple but powerful tool for self-reflection and emotional awareness. We also shared a sneak peek of our upcoming mobile app, which will bring these practices into a digital format and make them even more accessible for young people across Ukraine.

Throughout the session, we:

  • had open conversations about emotions, stress, and support;

  • listened to teens’ own experiences and perspectives;

  • collected feedback on what tools feel truly helpful and safe for them;

  • learned more about how they understand and take care of their mental wellbeing today.

What stood out most was their honesty, curiosity, and courage to speak about feelings that often remain unspoken — fear, uncertainty, hope, and the search for stability in a time of war.

Moments like these remind us why Viddykh exists:to give young people space to pause, reflect, and feel supported — whether through a paper journal in their backpack or an app on their phone.

We are deeply grateful to every teenager who joined us in Zhytomyr and trusted us with their stories. This is just the beginning — and we’re committed to co-creating tools that truly respond to what young people need.

💛💙 Viddykh — for those moments when you finally exhale.
