As part of our ongoing work with young people, our team held a meaningful session in Kharkiv dedicated to mental health, emotional wellbeing, and the everyday challenges teenagers are navigating today.
Throughout the conversation, participants spoke openly about what helps them stay grounded, the obstacles they face, and the strategies they use to cope with uncertainty. Their honesty, clarity, and ability to articulate complex emotions once again reminded us how thoughtful and resilient today’s teenagers truly are.
Each participant received a Viddykh journal — our tool designed to support self-reflection, emotional awareness, and personal growth through writing, creativity, and mindful practices.
In addition, shared insights from life in the United States, sparking a deeper dialogue about resilience, cultural perspectives, and aspirations for the future. These exchanges helped broaden the conversation and encouraged young people to reflect on their own experiences through a global lens.
The session fostered an atmosphere of trust, respect, and meaningful dialogue — a space where young people could speak freely and feel heard. We are deeply grateful to everyone who joined, shared their stories, and contributed to this important conversation.
💛💙 Viddykh — creating moments to breathe, reflect, and reconnect.
